How should I wash my Snap Cup?
You are recommended to place the Snap Cup on the top rack of the dishwasher securely, or using a soft cloth to wash by hand. Please do not use abrasive cleaning cloths.
Snap Cup should be kept dry and stored with the lid off to avoid any unpleasant smells developing.

What are the shipping times to where I am located?
In general, it takes approximately 7-10 business days to deliver.

Can I put my Snap Cup in the microwave?
Yes, Snap Cup is certified as microwave safe. However, all the lids, plugs and heat insulation band MUST BE REMOVED. Otherwise, they will MELT

All Snap Cups will be sent out in 2-3 business days. In general,  you will receive the Snap Cups in 7-10 business days.
